How to Use an Wafer Cone Making Machine?

  1. Position the semi automatic ice cream wafer cone machine on a stable, level surface to ensure proper operation.
  2. Connect the machine to a power source and set the temperature controls for the upper and lower molds according to the manufacturer's instructions. Allow time for the molds to reach the desired temperature.
  3. Once the molds are heated, carefully lift the upper mold and ensure the lower mold is properly closed.
  4. Pour the prepared batter evenly into the lower mold, then gently press down the upper mold to encase the batter. Allow the wafer cone making machine to bake the wafer cone for approximately 1-2 minutes until it is fully formed and crispy.
  5. After the wafer cone is formed, lift the upper mold and open the lower mold. The wafer cone should automatically release and drop into the collection channel or tray.
  6. Repeat the process for continuous production. When finished, turn off the machine, unplug it, and clean the molds thoroughly to remove any residue. Store the machine properly until the next use.

The video shows the simple operation process of the cone machine. The operator places the machine on a stable table and turns on the power supply, sets the mold temperature and waits for preheating.
 
After preheating, pour the wafer batter into the mold, close the upper mold, and the machine automatically counts. After 1-2 minutes, open the mold, take out the formed wafer cone, and repeat the operation for continuous production. The whole process is easy to operate and suitable for small and medium-sized production.
