Process of Ice Cream Cone Biscuit Making Machine
◎ Brush some oils(animal oil, etc) on the surface of the upper mold and bottom mold, conducive to demoulding.
◎ Adjust the temperature of uppper and lower molds by controling knob, waiting for temperature to rise.
◎ When the temperature of cone machine molds rises up, then pull up the upper mold and close the lower mold.
◎ Pour the prepared ice cream cone batter into the lower mold, combine the upper and lower mold.
◎ Waitting for one to two minutes, the ice cream cone can be produced the different shape and sizes of wafer cones.
◎ Pull up the upper mold and open the lower mold, the biscuit cones will slip down through the channel automatically.
◎ When the temperature of cone machine molds rises up, then pull up the upper mold and close the lower mold.
